● 02 · THE CHALLENGE

A launch approaching. Technical visibility needed.

With a planned launch approximately three months away, Reloom was coordinating software development through an external engineering team. Communication across the CEO, technical leadership and delivery partners made it difficult to establish a shared view of progress and readiness.

Questions emerged about the quality and suitability of the existing codebase. The priority was to understand what could be reused, what required attention and how to deliver a dependable product without losing sight of financial constraints and stakeholder expectations.

● 03 · THE ASSESSMENT

An independent view of what needed to change.

AxiØm reviewed the existing software and worked with Reloom’s technical leadership to distinguish fixable issues from decisions requiring a different approach. The assessment translated technical findings into practical priorities for the founder.

● 04 · A CRITICAL DECISION

A more realistic launch plan, backed by evidence.

Rather than launching with unresolved technical concerns, AxiØm recommended a focused period of remediation and prioritisation. Reloom subsequently launched approximately one month later than originally planned. The objective was a more dependable release, not speed at any cost.

AxiØm helped clarify which issues needed attention, how to sequence corrective work and which resources were required. This gave the founder a stronger basis for launch decisions and stakeholder discussions.
